Mathematics, Economics, and Commerce
MEC is a two-year intermediate-level course that introduces students to three core subjects: Mathematics, Economics, and Commerce. Each subject is assigned a maximum of 75 marks for Mathematics, 60 for Economics, and 60 for Commerce.
The program is designed to build a strong foundation in analytical thinking, business principles, and economic understanding, preparing students for higher studies in commerce, finance, economics, and related professional fields.
Every year, many students participate in the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Examination for 1st Year (Junior)/Class 11 and 2nd Year (Senior)/Class 12, following the two-course schemes of Regular and Vocational. The TS Board of Intermediate Examination is consistently scheduled to occur in March/April each year.
